Answer all quiz questions as truthfully as possible - in other words, as far as you know. Do not guess. Start at 79 years old, then add or subtract years based on counting your answers for each item. Your completed (final) score is a rough estimate of your current life expectancy.

37. Do you participate in supervised strength training 3 times a week? Yes = 0. No = minus 1. FACT: Muscle strength, flexibility and coordination are necessary for everyday life and reduce the likelihood of tripping and falling.

38. Do you have a daily workout that includes at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular disease monitoring at the target heart rate, as well as warm-up and cooling periods? Yes = plus 2, no = 0. FACT: Cardiovascular and metabolic effects occur when exercises are performed with your target heart rhythm. In fact, 75% of longevity predictors are based on life, not genes. Remember that long life depends on seven factors: genetic inheritance (good genes give you a good start), physical fitness, mental fitness (mind exercise), emotional fitness (meaningful lives longer), spiritual fitness (interpretation of the purpose of life), nutritional suitability (healthy food and diet) and environmental suitability (limiting our exposure to toxic chemicals). Remember that the key to a long and healthy life is more than smart genes and stupid luck.
