Tips on how to pay back your bike -2

As the winter comes on us, you need to think about keeping your bike for the winter if you live in a cold climate. Although there are only a few months of winter, the main problem is to avoid corrosion while your bike is in stock. Then, as soon as the winter passes, you will have a bike ready to go.

The areas most susceptible to corrosion are valve seats, cylinder walls and piston rings. Because humidity can find access to your engine from different places and cause serious damage, it is the enemy. Closing all areas of moisture can make the engine impossible, so it’s important to focus on waterproofing your bike.

Start by warming up your engine. Any moisture that builds up will be turned off, and this will make it easier to get a good coating of oil in each of the cylinders. Then turn off the bike and remove the spark plugs. Now, using your good old turbine, suck 25 cc engine oil. See and then inject the oil into each hole. With your hand and with the plugs off, turn on the engine by placing the bike in the top gear and turning the rear wheel. This will cover the valve seats, piston rings and cylinder walls. Follow the spark plugs and drain the existing crankcase oil. After that, fill the crankcase with fresh oil. It is assumed that you save the old filter and plan to change the oil in the spring. However, if you prefer to use existing oil after thawing, you must change the filter now. This completes the difficult part of preparing your bike for the winter. You can be sure, knowing that moisture does not rust your engine parts.

But what else can you think. (If your bike is put into fuel, you can skip this step.) The inside of your fuel tank also needs rust protection. To do this, fill the tank up using fuel that has been treated with a fuel stabilizer. Then drain the float bowls. To do this, unscrew the small screw that can be found on the cardboard float bowl. When the fuel remains in the bowls for more than two months, it becomes a jet clog of sludge, which requires repair of the carburetor for removal.

Since the batteries are self-discharging, you must charge the battery when storing the bike. The solution to this is to connect the battery to the Super Smart Battery Tender. The battery can be left on the bike while it is connected. Ensure that your bike has sufficient coolant and covers the bike with a motorcycle cover. Are you ready for winter!
