Abortion Techniques - Learn 7 Different Types of Abortions -2

Spontaneous, herbal and induced are three common methods of abortion. Although not as popular or necessary in this modern era, there is also a method known as self-infected abortion. Most people do not consider self-employed abortion to be one of the main methods.

When self-cutting abortions into the cervix, sharp objects such as a clothes hanger are expected. It is known that this method is extremely dangerous or fatal and is not absolutely reliable.

One of the oldest methods of abortion is herbal abortion, which is also not considered very safe. The result of a herbal abortion is sometimes only a sick pregnant woman. It is not much different from the worst self-infected abortions. For hundreds of years, several herbs have been used to continue herbal abortion. These herbs are used to be silk, ancestor, black cohosh, pennyroyal, tansy, etc., of which some are now extinct. It also includes modern herbs that some people use daily, such as juniper, lavender, parsley, thyme, marjoram and dill. Such herbs are called abortifacient or simply herbs that can cause an abortion.

However, nowadays surgical methods are the most commonly used methods of abortion. A doctor may begin one of three surgical procedures to begin an abortion at an early age. Three surgical procedures used for abortion:

1) Manual vacuum aspiration or MVA. In the MVA method, a syringe is used to absorb tissue that causes abortions.

2) Electric vacuum aspiration or EVA. In the EVA method, an electric pump is used to suck out the fabric.

3) Dilation and curettage or D & C. Once the cervix of the pregnant woman has been opened, acute curetum is used to clean the walls of the uterus.

4) Dilation and evacuation or D & E. In this method, the uterus is cleaned with the help of tools and suction after the cervix of a pregnant woman is opened.

5) Hysterectomy Abortion - Hysterectomy Abortion is associated with a cesarean section to end a pregnancy.

6) Controversial intact dilatation and extraction or IDX-IDX is also known as Partial Birth Abortion. In this method, the cervix is processed using forceps to grip and rotate the fetus in the shutter position. Then the fetus is removed, and only the head of the fetus remains inside the cervix. Then the head collapses with suction of the brain from the skull. This is done through a small incision that is made at the base of the skull. IDX or Partial Birth Abortion is a prohibited abortion method in accordance with the law banning aboriginal diseases. This law was passed by Congress and entered into force when President Bush signed it in 2003. But this law does not provide any information in cases where an abortion is necessary for the health of a woman and therefore is considered by the US Supreme Court for its legal force.

7) Chemical methods. The combination of drugs can effectively end or terminate the pregnancy. Drugs such as mifepristone or methotrexate are used for abortion followed by prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is of two types, and its use depends on the place where abortions are performed. Gemeprost is used in Sweden and the UK, whereas in the US, misoprostol is commonly used for abortion.
