For YEAR, a brain filled with mists made me take many wrong decisions. Wrong decisions about healthy relationships, wrong decisions about creating and maintaining healthy borders with people who were not healthy for my life, and besides ... all the wrong decisions about food. It seems that every day I was in a state of existence, and I did not think about it.
Those closest to me wonder why I was so weak. Emotionally weak. Physically weak. Decisively weak.
In those years I faced high obstacles, and that was all because I ate the wrong foods for my condition. You see, I had no idea that I have Celiac Disease and Hypothyroidism. My doctors never checked me. Because of this neglect, I and others suffered. Strong.
As soon as I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2009, the previous decades (days with sadness, depression, constant brain fog, endless weight gain, joint pain, inflammation, hair loss, voice, dry skin, irritability, infertility, raging anger - here is another ... I dare to list all this?), finally, began to make sense. I learned that my hypothyroid status is a symptom of celiac disease, so no, I did not lose it. Rather, my hormones and body went out of control, which is why my health plummeted out of control.
Move forward. During the last 3+ years I have conducted an immune amount of experiments with guinea pigs. After decades I tried it all. Infinite supplements. Vegan Food. Raw food. Magnetic bracelets. Dissolved organs. Colostrum. You name it, I bought it. I tried it and I spent thousands of dollars on it. I was so desperate to find the “answer” because I wanted to feel better. Funny, it all came down to what I drank and did not eat. He was also a sponsor of life in non-standard order. Before that, I have been living as a vegan / macrobiotic for 5 years, but this kind of food ruined my health!

Sooner or later it will penetrate your life. Let it be frank here. When the brain fogs you down, you will not think straight. Just keep in mind. Do not allow yourself to the first person or group that pays attention to you when you drop. Make sure that you monitor the health of your life and know that they are trustworthy you can rely on. If you trust God, like me, God will not be angry if you decide to leave those who are holding you back. He does not want you to lose your inner peace and faith. Trust Him to provide a new way to restore healthy boundaries.
While social networks offer us a way to connect with other people associated with accurate situations and diseases, there are many Facebook pages and groups that have victims of hypothyroidism and autoimmune diseases in their suffering, instead of providing reliable recommendations to help initiate positive change. Most of the so-called "lawyers" of autoimmune diseases would like you to pay them for each piece of advice they exhibited, or to buy every additional offer they offer. Most of these types of "lawyers" are only in it for them, disguising that they are there for you.

MY LIST
By nature, I'm not a long writer (this will probably be my longest blog post!) So, the list of things I did to rid myself of hypothyroidism parallel to my life will, I hope, be clear to you. I will try to do my best to be as detailed as possible. Ok, let's get started.
What I have included in my daily life:
First of all, it is important to understand that the foods you eat can worsen your condition! For 20 years I have been collecting fresh juices, raw cabbage, slut, strawberries, etc. And I drank it every day. These are Gootgenic products. I had no idea what was doing worse for myself. What is Goitrogenic Foods? They are said to block iodine, which your thyroid gland needs. Now I focus on eating Anti-Inflammatory products every day.
1). “Paleo Eating Style = Eating Paleo” was not a conscious decision for me. Based on the Vegan / Macrobiotic lifestyle, it really made very little sense to me. I, frankly, did not want to give him a chance, because it contradicted everything that I was fed from conventional medicine and social thinking. After a big rebellion, I allowed myself to remember how Lois, a former client, positively recommended Bone Broth, Chicken Broth (made with chicken legs), I introduced and decided to explore a more traditional and nutritious approach to food. Eating this path for several months, my body made a decision for me. While my taste buds absolutely love gluten free grains (rice, oats, quinoa, etc), My body hates them. As long as my mind misses, craves and is ready to devour a bowl of beans, my body hurts if I do this. These heavy products from starchy carburetor (along with dairy products, sugar) just do not get along with my body. For this reason, I adopted the Paleo style of food, and it is amazing how well my body responds!
2). Green vegetables and sweet potatoes, even those that are included in goitrogenic food, include: I include roasted / stewed / steamed cabbage, broccoli, chard, cauliflower in my diet every day because they have so many nutrients that I are needed. Eating sweet potatoes or fresh pumpkin soup in the morning does not make me feel cravings for sugar.
3). Homemade choice broth and chicken broth = just go! Just do it! You will not regret it. I always refill the grass, fed mosquito bones and chicken legs every week for my next pot. The results of drinking it every morning are incredible. Not only is my repair in Leaky Gut, but my hair, skin and nails become strong, silky shiny and beautiful!
4). Fresh coconut water, not canned, but from real coconut = Coconut water helps speed up the metabolism and is anti-inflammatory and very soothing (antifungal, antiviral) in the treatment of sarcoidosis.
5). Cooking with coconut oil = I also use olive oil, and sometimes ghee, which is clarified.
6). No more vegan diets for me. Eating a vegetarian diet, robbed my body of nutrients and loaded me with a high content of carbohydrates and gluten. I now eat grass, eating beef, plowed chicken sauce, and pasture eggs. Yes, they are more expensive, but I would prefer to pay more than pay doctors later. Daily cups of bone broth significantly improved my flowing bowel.
7). Fish such as salmon, barramundi, sardines, mackerel. I eat fish 2-3 times a week.
8). Miso soup with shiitake mushrooms. Not necessarily Paleo, but I do include this 1 soy product daily, because the benefits of providing it to my immune system are amazing. I buy GMO non-GMO certified organic pasta, which is produced in Japan and imported by Nijiya Market in Santa Monica.
9). Saurkraut = Yes, it is made from a cell, but, like Miso, it gives impetus to both my immune and digestive systems, as well as metabolism. Studies have reported that it helps prevent breast cancer. I do it myself.
10). Fresh Nopal Cactus = During the accumulation of 70 pounds I gained, my blood sugar levels and triglyceride levels were at the diabetic level. Eating fresh cactus daily and accepting an additional amount of a written out nopalny cactus, my levels returned to normal
eleven). Purslane, also known as Verdalago = Although I only ate and lubricated it for a short time, the positive results for my immune system were wonderful! I get this into my body about 3-4 times a week. It is not a hungry meal, but rather succulent. Purslane is sold in most Latin markets, but I bought seeds to grow myself. You will be surprised to learn about your health benefits!
What I avoid:
1). Non-stick cookware = contains toxic POA and PFOA that can destroy your immune system
2). Food with gluten. Gluten inflames the thyroid gland, and at any time gluten free, your immune system attacks your thyroid gland. I also avoid all foods with msg, high fructose syrup, artificial ingredients, preservatives, white sugar, canola oil, corn, dairy products, and soy (except for miso soup). Also avoid fast, frozen and packaged foods.
3). Grains. Most of the grains were too high for me. I really needed to lower my blood sugar because of the fear of staying at a diabetic level. In my recipes, I include coconut flour and almond flour. I sometimes use sweet potatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, slices of green vegetables and white potatoes.
4). All commercial under deodorants. They are filled with toxic ingredients, such as aluminum, and chemicals (such as parabens) that can clog the lymph nodes. I use magnesium oil (you will learn more about this further) and Apple Cider Vinegar. While in the shower, just splash out the ACV on your armpits. After a few minutes, rinse.
5). Chemically loaded personal products. I use fluoride-free toothpaste and gluten-free hair shampoo. My Kiss My Face Toothpaste My shampoo of choice from Savonniere. I use clean soap Dr. Bonner for my body.
6). Evil and negative people (there is a difference between people who need genuine help and just angry people).
7). Alcohol (depletes my vitamin B, which can add to more brain fog)
8). Soda (full of sugar, artificial ingredients, just junk)
9). Coffee (caffeine emphasizes my adrenal glands). I drink coffee several times a month, but rather Kukicha tea several times a week.
In general, my healing and recovery went through food and my new faith in God. I am categorical in avoiding anything that would jeopardize my health and is very disciplined in terms of food that will help me. For me, it's that simple. Beg to have fun, eating? Of course, sometimes, but I have to be careful. I do not want to go back to where I was many years ago, and I do not want to load my body with pills or supplements. Food and faith were my answer. I am grateful for the difficulties that I had to complete. God let me have something happen, and I understand that I need to go through them to get to where I am now.

I COULD NOT SLEEP
Sometimes I slept only 2-3 hours a day. A few weeks, I only slept 3 or 4 days! I have lost a lot of sleep in these dark 10 years. So much so that insomnia also contributed to the strengthening of the adrenal glands, recurring colds and flu, rudeness and simple suffering. And you know what happens when you are awake ... Everything under the sun comes to your mind, and then you live dangerously on adrenaline, empty couples, just trying to do it every other day. If this happens to you, it is bad.
Cutting out gluten, dairy, coffee, sugar made a fantastic difference to my body, but I still haven't slept enough. As I mentioned above, I experimented a lot and finally found what works for me.
1. Cheesecake Cherry Juice = 100% real. I do not spend money on everything that is mixed with apple or grape juice. I want the real thing. I add 1 tablespoon to 8 ounces of water and drink every night at 18:00. Tart Cherry Juice is a natural source of melatonin, which provides me with a much deeper sleep. I know that I will sleep deeper, because now I dream more.
2 Magnesium oil = Magnesium oil gives me relief from anxiety and relieves muscles. I spray 4 times in the palm of my hand, rub it in and rub it in my hands (it makes an excellent deodorant), on my wrist and on my thighs. Helps me sleep like a baby.

MY DAILY ADDITIVES
As for supplements ... I used to take 13 to 15 supplements daily, but now I’m focused on getting what my body needs through food. Over the past 2 years, this list has dropped significantly! I accept only 4 supplements and not even daily.
Under my doctors, I now walked away from all the thyroid medications (I started with Synthroid, then went to Armor), and although I took Kelp, I stopped taking it because I ate enough fresh seaweed salads and fish weekly. It gives me enough natural iodine. Since I do not take medicine, it is easy and possible that my body can go back to the status of a hypo if I return to my old eating and lifestyle habits. That's why I focus on the fact that my body looks happy with these days.
I take:
1. Nopal Cactus = I accept this Monday through Friday. It provides fiber for my body and saves blood sugar levels.
2. Kama Kama = I take it 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). This is a pure form of vitamin C, which strengthens my immune system. I'm so glad I found it.
3. Chlorella = I take it 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri), because it helps to pull toxic metals out of my body (dangerous for my thyroid gland). Most toxic metals are stored in fat, not just in the blood.
4). L-Glutamine = Offers basic bowel repair, promoting the growth of intestinal cells (lymphocytes of the immune system and enterocytes of the intestinal cell).

EXERCISE IMPORTANT!
Having dealt with a large gain, I was limited to walking. I would be tired. I was embarrassed because I burst out in a dripping sweat, just climbing one flight of stairs. Even my mother asked me why I was breathing so hard on the phone when I got up from the couch to go to another room! Just writing it leads to memories and makes me cry.
I had to force myself to walk every day. EVERYDAY. The walk began in 2010. It took 20 minutes for several months. Then increased to 45 minutes. Then 1 hour. A year later, I walked. I'm talking about biases! I made my way up to the hike opportunity for 4 hours. This is the first time of the trip 4 hours was how to win the lottery for me! I was tense and exhausted in the next 2 days, but it didn't matter. These days I ride roller skates 7 miles (we have a 7-mile path near our house) 3 times a week. I also jump on my drummer (mini-trampoline) every day for 15-20 minutes while I watch TV. It helps my conversion and much more.
You will need to force yourself to get up. Just push yourself. You will look back later and be glad you did. Ideally, I need to lose another 30 pounds to get back to where I was before. If not, I will still be happy and healthy!
Refresh: April 18, 2013 - now I alternate 7 miles of roller skates with cycling 8 miles a few days a week. I also started water aerobics and kickboxing. Seriously ... I never thought I could do any of this again. If I can get off the butt and do it, you can!

WHAT HAVE NOW?
While I was miserable, sad, depressed and depressed, I did nothing. I went to work and returned home. The worst years were between 2004 and 2009. I honestly do not remember the details about some of the things that happened in that period, well, because I was in a fog. I broke away from the radar. I was out of the net of life. I was in debt. Clap. I know it sounds bad, but if you will be in my power, you will understand. Because they diagnose me, eat for my condition, lose weight, and see signs of recovery of my health, I went back to college, took business classes, started a blog, started a business, lost 40 pounds, and I can concentrate. I mean really trick. More days just lay in bed. No more crying. No longer covered my losing head with a hat. I have energy! I feel alive again.
And ... I actually cut out the people who held me, and my mind was exhausted. I realized that I liked it when I got lost. There is no place for people who just want to hold you back. Our daily life must be filled with goals, productivity and clarity. No one has the right to rob you from this. Initially, I was angry because I realized that I had lost the YEARS of my life. I lost the ability and the chance to have children.
