WHY LAURA STACHEL - EMERGENCY
Dr. Laura Stachsel was OB-GYN in the Gulf area for more than seven years before a back injury prompted her to abandon the practice of her profession. Instead of ceasing to be a doctor, she tried to join the public health industry. She went to Nigeria as a researcher and went home as a philanthropist. Even giving birth in a hospital without electricity was nothing to think about. However, after witnessing birth without light, her own flashlight changed the life of Dr. Laura.
LIGHTING CLINICS WITH SOLAR APPROACH
Hal Aronson, her husband, helped her develop a technology that could solve the problem of power shortages in hospitals and clinics. Through its non-profit organization WE CARE Solar, the couple was able to make Solar Light available to 27 countries. With the help of their partners, they hope to reach the most remote areas where people are still living in the dark.
Below are the sunny cases. key feature:
• Integration of the entire system. Lighting devices and components for the production of electricity are delivered as a whole, designed for daily use.
• Security. Sealed batteries can be safely stored in medical facilities; a low-voltage DC system avoids the risk of electric shock and includes overcurrent protection.
• Low maintenance - no fuses to replace, and regular maintenance of the battery is not required. Battery replacement is evaluated every 2 years.
• Durability. Our high quality components are designed for durability even in harsh environments.
• Simplicity - one switch turns on the system; the other turns on the light and charges the device. The system works in plug-and-play mode and can be installed without the need of an experienced solar technician.
• Extensibility. The 15 amps modular system is designed to expand and can hold up to 200 watts of solar panels and a 140-hour sealed battery. (SOURCE: we care about solar energy)
