The theme of love in a short story - "Diamond Mine" -2

Diamond mine This is a love story involving a beautiful soldier and a family friend who is about to be deployed in the North African battlefield. The next main character is a young woman named Tilla, a sixteen year old woman from South Africa. The author’s goal in this short story is to show how love develops between two people, men and women. In this story, Tilla and the soldiers gradually became connected with each other on a social basis during their weekend visits. As a result, their relationship grew into intimacy. A common message from the story is that love between two young people can include various aspects of life that will inevitably include parental involvement.

The parents became more involved in the story when the soldier could not attend one weekend, and they drove Teela to the camp to find him and have dinner. The use of their gasoline coupons shows that there is an injury for a soldier. The deeper meaning of this story is that love can go beyond a certain stage of waiting, when the parties are closely connected and their feelings for each other grow. For example, Tilla and the soldiers became sexually engaged in the backseat of their parent car, while her father tried to associate with them the value of Diamond Mine. His words probably fell in one ear, and the other, if it were so far away, because love was on Tille and on the will of a soldier.

The theme in this story was created by a combination of plot and characters. The playful character of the characters as they walk down the street from street light to street light and under the trees, creating a scene for a love story. Tilla's discovery that a person also has a breast contributed to the plot of love. Looking after her, while she was jumping on one leg, and breathing on the ledge of her neck, where you could feel the pendulum of heartbeats, all these are signs that permeate love.

Installing in the back seat of a car with a blanket over their feet reinforces the theme of love with the amazing nature of their hands. Sequential kisses and the subsequent intimate actions in the back seat of a car captivate the love of both Tilla and her friend soldier. The idea that “love is blind” is a topic in this short story.

The theme of love was chosen based on my experience of working with other soldiers during basic training in various military posts. It reminds me of the many war stories I heard from soldiers who fell in love with women in the local area and how the love story developed during their lengthy visits prior to deployment. The end of such a relationship is that some of these soldiers return to local areas and become bridges. On the other hand, some of the women followed their deployed soldiers to their next base and became a bride. Hopefully, Tilla and her friend soldiers will see each other again for a happy ending.
