Did you monitor your personal hygiene or get up in the morning, take a bath, brush and dry your hair, use a bath during the day and go to bed at night? If you do only the last, you need to plan more and prepare your personal care and care.
Cleanliness is visible today as being close to godliness, and neglecting your own personal hygiene can cause health problems and social problems that you don’t even suspect. For example, bad breath is a common problem — the perpetrator is often accused of this, but he or she may not attend. Problems such as dandruff are forgivable, but good looks are usually the result of great care and attention paid to personal courtship. You have to spend some time and effort on this if you want to feel and look every day with all your strength.
All external parts of the body require time and attention. The following is a partial list of body parts that you need to take care of your care plan. Here are some tips on how to keep track of your most ordinary daily needs.
HAIR
First of all, keep your hair in length and style, which you can properly keep clean at all times. Wash your crowning glory at least twice a week using a mild shampoo devoid of borax or alkali. It is not recommended to use soap, as it can leave a thin film of stickiness in your hair. Shampoo is designed to wash completely out of your hair. Be careful and towel dry your hair after you wash it, and be careful with the dryer. You do not want your hair to become too dry and brittle. Especially if you have long or thick hair, brush it three or four times a day using a soft bristle or a wide toothed comb. Be sure to wash your hair care products every time you wash your hair. And lubricate your scalp with make-up oil once a week, preferably one hour before you wash it. Hot oil processing is wonderful - if you know exactly what you are doing.
Hair dye or dye is not recommended, as no current dyes are considered to be completely safe for long-term use. They contain chemicals that can penetrate the scalp and even cause premature hair loss. Therefore, we recommend not to use hair dye, if possible. Also, try not to wear a hat for a very long period of time. It was also shown that wearing headgear causes premature hair loss. Redheads should be particularly concerned, as they are prone to early hair loss.
SKIN
A good bath once or twice a day is necessary for cleanliness and good care. You should always swim after any strenuous physical activity. Mild soaps are the best, and you do not need to use a bactericidal or antiseptic soap if you do not have a health problem or "smells." Bath brushes, bath sponges and soft abrasive scrubbers are recommended. You should also pay special attention to your genitals and anal area, since the absence of caring for them can lead to serious infections, as well as an exceptional sex life. Rinse thoroughly after washing, and be sure to use a dry and clean towel to properly dry yourself. Never use towels, try not to share bathing equipment and do not wash all your equipment after each bath. Put a teaspoon of bleach in one gallon of warm water, rinse your bathing equipment in water, and then under warm running water. And always turn into completely clean underwear after every bath.
It is good to use organic moisturizing oil or cream every day, especially as they grow older. Put it on at night to avoid this sticky feeling, and to avoid dust and dust during the day.
TEETH
Brush your teeth two or three times a day, or after a meal or snack, if necessary. Especially important to clean before bed. Pay attention to get rid of food particles stuck between your teeth. To do this, it is recommended to use a toothbrush. You only need a pea-sized toothpaste on your toothbrush. When brushing, lower the upper teeth and trim the lower teeth using a circular motion. Also, clean the inside as well as the outside of your teeth, and before you brush each time, carefully clean your tongue.
Your toothbrush should never share with anyone. It must have a resilient bristle, and it must be well washed and left somewhere completely sanitary for drying after each use. Try using an organic toothpaste that is completely safe and free from harsh abrasives or strong antiseptics. It has been found that baking soda is a very effective replacement for toothpaste, if you don't mind its strong taste.
ARMS
You should always wash your hands. There is no such thing as too often. Use a good hand cream if they become dry. Pay attention to your nails when you wash your hands. A good nail brush located next to the sink in the bathroom is a reasonable investment. Use soap every time you wash, and always wash before and after meals - and after going to the bathroom. Many infections, such as E. coli, are caused every day by people who do not wash their hands after they go to the bathroom. You should also continue to wash your hands while cooking.
Nails
Your nails completely replace them every five to six months. You should keep them well trimmed, and preferably polished and polished. Men can put nails on and use nail polish rather than polish to give their nails a healthy glow. Women can, of course, polish their nails with beautiful colors that can hide the discoloration that comes with age. Fix the nail to the desired length, but never tune too close to the skin. If your nail chip is easy, consider adding more protein to your diet, as fingers and toenails are made from protein. Food for gelatin can work for this.
Very fragile, very yellow or discolored nails can be a sign of a serious health problem. If you have this, consult a doctor immediately. In addition, do not always keep your nails painted with varnish. This can lead to the stripping of natural keratin nails. Also, go out or give yourself a home manicure and pedicure every other week. Be sure and buy for this very good manicure set.
Paws
Many people do not care about their own legs, usually at the expense of. Always keep your legs and legs clipped, forming nails, but not too close to the skin. Always give your feet a good pumice cleaning or a slightly abrasive brush when taking a bath, and thoroughly dry between your toes before putting on your socks. Try to wear a clean pair of cotton socks every day; it pampers your feet and keeps them dry and not smelly. Immerse your feet after the bath. Try not to wear the same pair of shoes every day, and wear your paired shoes one by one. And make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Comfort and safety should be up to style. High heels can lead to the contraction of important lower leg muscles.
DEODORANT
Your armpits do not emit odor until you put on your pretain. When your apocrine glands, which are located under your arms and around your genitals, begin to function, producing a milky, oily type of sweat. The bacteria then thrive in this sweat, causing the customary smell of the armpits.
To control tang, you can wash an anti-bacterial soap every day, such as Lever 2000. You should always wear clean clothes that are free from stains and sweat. Use a deodorant, which is also an antiperspirant that will dry moisture in your armpits. Reduce your gaze on the caffeine eye - it turns your apocrine glands into overdrive. After the bath, dust yourself liberally with a fine talcum powder. Always drink plenty of water, both to flush your system of toxins and to regulate your intestines. This in itself may result in some problems that may arise with the "smell".
ZAGARA
Getting a “healthy tan” is no longer considered healthy. Now doctors tell us that you shouldn't mind your pale skin. Skin cancer, which is often fatal, is not a fair trade for good looks. When you sunbathe, protect your light skin with at least SPF 30 sunscreen lotion. Keep your skin oiled and moisturized during the summer, and do not worry about “bronze appearance”.
HAIR ON BODY
During puberty, your hair follicles react to hormones that are scattered throughout your body. You can end up with hair around your navel, on your back, near your chest and for women and men, on your upper lip. If this is especially rough, show your doctor, since you can treat hormonal imbalances. Some such “peach fluff” is normal for girls, and if it looks unattractive to you, you can try bleaching or removing it. Nair is known to be a gentle permanent hair removal product.
I hope you find these simple rules helpful to you. If you follow your own meticulous care and personal care plan, you will feel better, look more attractive and likely live a longer, happier, and more fulfilling life.
