In the Delaware reservoir you can find and enjoy adventure. The watershed in the state of Delaware is a place where you can go kayaking and go outdoors. The adventure is all the way to the Atlantic Ocean and barely sees a house 73 miles from the river. This river has 24 miles, designated as part of the National River System, and the rest is for recreational use. Just because you do not see the house, many river banks are privately owned. The Delaware Reservoir National Recreation Area offers 40 miles of the river and 67,000 acres of public rest around the river.

Cape Henlopen State Park, located in Lewis, Delaware, offers to beach lovers. The park is very popular among sun worshipers and surf lovers. In the northern swimming pool there is also a modern bath with a shower, changing rooms and a concession for meals. You can take a walk along a 3-mile trail and see more of the area. Lewis was founded in 1600, you can enjoy a trolley bus and visit interesting museums, see the promenade and go to the beach and relax.

Humanly, you can travel all over the state of Delaware. You start in the state of Maryland for a 14-mile hike. Starting on the north side of the canal c and d. You will travel along the wildlife zone of the canal to St. George. Traveling east, the route leaves the canal, and you enter the forest, continuing to go to the historic city of Delaware. You will be rewarded with a view of the waterway and a pleasant journey along the trail.

Wilmington-Delaware is a city of historical significance. Stopping here while in the area is a great idea, you can enjoy various activities that spend a bit of time at Rockford Park. Surrounded by forests and views of the city, an ideal place for a picnic, hiking or just a rebound and pleasure.
