Commercial cleaning - how to knock down and compact the floor -2

One of the most time-consuming and difficult aspects of commercial cleaning is the task of stripping and sealing a vinyl floor. there are many problems associated with it, and if you don’t know what you are doing, the results can be impressive. A worthy commercial cleaner who is worth his weight will know how to do a fantastic job, trying to strip and seal his vinyl or most other floor coverings.

First of all, the area must be cleared of all furniture and other pieces. Then the area must be thoroughly cleaned, since any dust left on the floor will destroy the glass as you hope to achieve. Most office cleaning companies have the necessary equipment necessary for this. After they are clean, you must use a mop and bucket to completely soak the area with a stripper in the bucket. the water should always be as hot as possible, not boiling, as this can damage the floor and not to mention the steam from the stripper. After the desorber solution is lowered, you should use some steel wool around the edges, but always wear gloves, as the solution can be very caustic. Remove any scratches with steel wool. then run the buffer with vacuum using the correct type of cushion, depending on how much old varnish needs to be removed. Run the buffer length wisely, and then go to it to make sure that the entire surface area of the floor is covered. Once this is done, use a wet vacuum to remove the stripper from the floor, and then clean the mop to clean any strips and excess stripper.

You must let it dry before giving it a final buff to seal the floor. Most commercial cleaning companies I've ever worked with usually leave this last step for life, but if you don't seal the floor before putting in a new varnish, the finish will not be as good. After the floor is completely dry, run a vacuum over the area to get loose dust that remains on the floor. Give the floor at least three layers of a suitable varnish and wait until the coat dries before applying the next layer. In no case should not polish the varnish between the coat. Try and give at least eight to ten hours of curing time before using the floor. if the polish is too soft, then the scratches or scratches will become permanent when the polish hardens. this hardening usually takes from 24 to 48 hours depending on the Polish itself.
