 Unbroken - new movie -2

How do you film the great story of a man who lived “unbroken” - from one thousand nine hundred and seventeen to death in two thousand fourteen to ninety-seven years of strong life combined with endurance? The film that I saw tried to do it well - hoping to give us Louis Zamperini - an insatiable spirit to live.

First, we see Louis in Torrance, California, the hell bent on childish evil, theft ... smoking and drinking ... outwitting the police ... from being caught. As a boy, he skillfully played J. K. Waller. Louis's older brother, Pete, played in his younger years by John D. Leo, turning his brother's energy into distance. Louis soon became the youngest person in all of the United States by the time he was nineteen years old, he was appointed to the thirty-six Olympic Games, where he was called to meet with Hitler ... This is the last part of his run that was set at the time who made Louis famous all over the world.

By this time, World War II had come of age; and Louis signed and became a scorer. Here is the beginning of the essential part of the film, which shows its incessant strength of character. By this time, the role of Louis Zamperini passed to Jack O'Nonnell; and it is true to say that he does an excellent job with re-creating Louis on the screen. The problems that the real Louis faced since his plane fell far into the Pacific - being stuck with two for forty-seven days - living from a shark and an occasional bird - were baked from the sun and fired at the plane Yap - threw the doll - like at sea — then captured and tortured in Japanese prisons, and then helplessly released during the war — and suddenly went home at nineteen forty-five. (Twenty-eight years old is his age.) For someone who has read the book - UNBROKEN - there is still an added life in which Louis begins to defeat or suppress the demons created by the war. The fake UNBROKEN title is that in fact the world war interrupted him; and only when he returned home, got married, had a family, beat alcohol and got rid of the dream of a manic "bird" threat — spiritually forgiven him through his revived Christian faith — that you could say, “unbroken”.

Louis spent most of his later years talking with the audience about the gift of forgiveness. Healed himself by helping people heal any wounds they experienced. In fact, it was a promise that he gasped as he lay, leaning against the swinging raft, when he was thrown onto the ocean late at night.

What we see at the end of the film, before the script telling about his life after the war, is a man who was really broken. Yes, he could walk and talk and outwardly looked pretty good. But no man could do away with the fact that he had to finish without breaking - inside him. It remained until the end of the war.

So, the huge story of Hildebrand about Louis, which covers his whole life - or at least a few years before his death - is, in fact, a history of NEXT. But you could not name the role that Angelina Jolie - the director - and the four scriptwriters - Cohen's two brothers, William Nicholson and Richard La Gravenese - showed him continuity. In Louis, no one saw what happened inside him. All we saw were torture scenes.

However, what came out of their efforts is a wonderful tribute to the life of Louis Zamperini. We should be proud of the man and the land that gave birth to him. He gave up to be a part of this wartime. I am sure that he could be left alone with someone related to his sport. Seeing what he experienced, I think, is an experience that is realistic enough to provide authority.

There is one scene in my mind: the prison head — a sadistic monster called the Bird — which tortured Louis with something he found at hand — spied a bunch of wood — lay near the place where they stood and said Louis pick one up and hold him over yourself - and turning to the guard, said: "If he drops him, shoot him!" Louis could barely lift him to his shoulder, but in the end he lifted him up, strengthened his legs when the weight made to keep his balance and continued to keep him there ... Soon, as soon as the minutes passed, the main part x start watching it - at bay. I thought to myself, “They all pray, hoping that he has the strength to continue. The connection between men and Louis - with silence reigned - was quite mobile. And then - a miracle - as if from their strength they prayed - Louis raised him high above his head and snarled loudly in The Bird. It was too much for even the evil "Bird". He began to cry and went up to Louis, knocked him down and beat him with the weakness he left. But it did not help him. The last scene shows this bad excuse that a man grieves for his helplessness.

It took Louis years to get rid of the night ghost of "The Birds" when he stood in front of Louis - a nightmare came every night. Only his forgiveness made the nightmares go. (Unfortunately, this part of Louis’s life is not removed.)

What to do with this film - in what he did not do and did not show what he intended to do? The action was the first. Cinema Roger Dickins sang in the film a lot of graphic experience "You're there." I liked the movie a lot, but I could not give it EIGHT. What he intended to do, I really do not think that this has been achieved. I think it is better than six, so I put up with FAMILY for UNBROKEN.

What grants my degree:

8.) "About as good as possible."

7.) "Lack of this superiority."

6.) "Somehow it just did not work."

5.) "I need to feel bad."

4.) “Everything that works and show nothing”.
