How to beat Cheer and Dance Tryouts! -2

When was the last time you tried a team and couldn't do it? You left this day, disappointed that you failed? Or did you leave to think that you simply do not have what you need? In any case, you are lucky. There is a real way to win polls that many people do not know. However, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let's start with the basics.

In this article we will talk about the natural break. There are three categories of points in the tests. These are marks at the top level (first of all participants who made the team), scores of the lower level (participants who are reduced in the first round) and, finally, the results of the natural gap (participants who are between the upper and lower points). We can essentially call the participants of the natural category of faults the Maybians. Why do we say that; because they are on the verge of creating a team.

So what does this mean to you? Depending on what stage of the survey you did, you may know where you were sitting. If you were released in the first round of polls (lower scores); you are at a stage where you need to strengthen your skills. At this stage, you really need to shoot to get into a natural break at the minimum minimum. Do not worry, because you can beat the curve if you choose. Try writing down the skills you asked to perform and go to your local gym or studio to work on these skills. Or, as a cheaper alternative, you can always try to find a friend to teach you. In any case, you need to work on your skills and get into this natural break.

For those of you who are in the category of the natural gap (or later rounds in the tests), you are in the most competitive place. Literally, you are fighting for one place, for which another ten or several other participants are fighting. For you, this means that you need to find a way to limit your competition. And how you do it could not be easier. Earn more points than your competition. Participants who have succeeded in a natural break can legally do it by one point.

So how do you get these extra points? It is always a million dollar question; however, the answer is simpler than you ever thought. But to show you how easy it is, let me ask you a question. In which survey area did you focus the most? For fans, their focus usually falls in several categories: growth retardation, Tumbling or Cheer. But, nine times out of ten, most fans fall prey to too much attention on stunted growth. As for the dancers, they again fall into the same problems, such as fans, when it is choreography or a certain set of skills.

What we have is one of the most common misconceptions in polls. The majority of survey participants believe that the offers are more concerned about one aspect of the surveys, as well as all areas in general. Unfortunately, it is not. Although some survey areas may contain more points than others that do not reduce all other points. The problem begins when you see the actual estimates behind the judgment. Slowdown, choreography, skills, drum, fun, etc., As a rule, make up only a small part of the total score. Sometimes it is only 30 percent or less of the total score.

You forgot about 70 percent of your test. And I’m sure many of you thought I’m good in other parts, so why not focus on core areas. What you have done eliminates the possibility of extra points in each category. Remember, we said that the winners of the natural gap can win literally one point. Well, if you had focused on the battle for all the points, you would have chosen the place of the winner.

What you need to do is to maximize points in all directions. Actually focus on getting every point from what you transcend. Do not leave anything on the table. In areas where you are weak, get as many points as you can. Sometimes this means that you leave only the highest skills and perform the skills that you can perform at the highest level. Falling or swinging at a higher level of skill can reduce points much worse than leading with a lower skill.

Follow the above and your next test may be the one you were looking for.
