What is a plan? By definition, this is a circuit or a circuit. Why are you planning a trip to the campsite? Of course, you do not have to, many people just take off and come, what can, they seem to make a good trip. However, to make sure that you have a trouble-free, pleasant, especially if this is your first time, it will greatly help if you have a well-thought-out plan.
Let the starting point before leaving the house, you will probably use the same procedures as other holidays:
1, Secure your place of residence. Check locks on all doors, windows and gates. Check the alarm system and notify the company that you will leave.
2. Stop shipping paper and mail, or arrange for someone to pick them up.
3. Create an order to take care of your plants and pets if you do not spend them at the campsite, although many people go camping because they want to take their pets along with family members.
4. Leave your residence in good condition, take out the trash. When you get home from the campsite, you will probably have enough cleaning, such as laundry, so you will appreciate the clean place to go home.
Now, for the trip itself, the most important thing is the state of your “home” and towing vehicle, if you use it.
1. Have 2 checklists, one for the mechanic, to be sure that you don’t need one or maybe a repair shop in the middle of nowhere; another list for myself to check inside, all the amenities so that no one turns into responsibility on the road. Some refrigerators should have been clogged at least 24 hours before cooling.
Double-check small items such as extension cords, tools that are used in the house and on the road.
2. How much time do you have for this hike? Plan your destination or more. Examine them to make sure you have enough time to do what you want. It is not only unpleasant, but sad to plan a trip, then there is not enough time to enjoy it completely.
3. The route you take is part of your vacation. If this is more than a day, then you need to plan where to camp.
4. Camping at your destination is, of course, the most important part of your vacation.
So you need to plan where you want to sleep under the stars, when and depending on the popularity of your destination, wherever you make reservations.
None of the above, including your plans, is set in stones. The consequences of the last minute and even just a change of mind are allowed, sometimes even welcomed. This is a wonderful phase of camping, it is not worth holding your hand and foot to change plans even at the last minute. The above are only suggestions from my own experience as a tourist.
