Feng Shui Made Easy - Feng Shui Primer -2

I have been practicing Intuitive Feng Shui for the past seven years. This should not be a secret! In fact, it is simple, sane and very funny. Intention is the key! Feng Shui principles are guidelines. I will show you how easy it is to empower yourself by intentionally placing objects and colors in your environment.

The translation of "Feng Shui" is wind and water. It symbolizes "relationship" - the attitude of your house and its contents to each other and to your life. In feng shui practice, your home is a metaphor for your life, and “Chi” is life energy. So the idea is to bring chi through doors and windows and easily spread it to liven up various aspects of your life. According to Feng Shui Bagua, there are nine sections of your home that correspond to nine different areas of your life; Career, helpful people and travel, children and creativity, relationships and love, fame and reputation, prosperity, happy family, self-improvement, knowledge and health. In nine areas there are colors associated with them. Five of the nine have natural elements associated with them, and each element has a form associated with it.

You can create a working bagua by simply drawing a rectangle above the floor plan of your house and dividing it into 9 equal parts. The center of the front of the house and the bottom of the chart is the starting point and correlates with the career of “gua”. Usually this is where the front recording is. This section is represented by the color Black, the element Water and the form - a wavy or free form (as in a stream of water). Moving to the right or counterclockwise, the next section is “Helpful people and travels”; there is no element, and the color is silver or gray, then children and creativity; color White or Pastel, the element Metal form is round, In the upper right - Connection; the color is pink or red, there is no element, in the upper center there is fame and reputation; the color is Red, the element is Fire, and the figure is indicated or a triangle, in the upper left corner is Prosperity; the colors are red, green, purple and gold, without the element. Next is the Happy Family, the color is Green, the element is Tree, and the shape is Rectangle, Columnar or Vertical. In the lower left corner - Self-improvement and Knowledge; color blue without element. Finally, in the center of the bagua there is Health, the color is Yellow or Earth Tones is an element of the Earth, and the shape is square.

The primary concept of feng shui is to use the colors and elements in which they belong in order to improve this particular area of your life and improve chi. Your home, furniture, and property are generally not in perfect harmony with Bagua. Do not worry about this, because there are many “drugs” to solve these situations, and this is where the fun begins. Practicing feng shui is having relationships with things in your home and deliberately placing them where they will be most useful to you.

Namaste.
