We pay great attention to the maintenance of our car: from checking the oil filter to regular engine maintenance. But many of us do not pay enough attention to the maintenance of our tires. Care and maintenance of tires is just as important as any other component of your car.
Check tire condition regularly. Inspect tire grooves for wear. Make sure the tires have proper pressure. On top, inflation can lead to a loss of adhesion between the tire and the road, since under this condition a very minimal surface area of the tire is in contact with the road, which makes sharp turns, sudden acceleration and braking very dangerous. By increasing the pressure, additional pressure on the pipe during movement, which leads to damage to the tube. Sometimes this extra pressure can also cause a tire to rupture. Inflation is equally dangerous. It also adds extra pressure to the tube while driving. This usually leads to increased fuel consumption, reduced performance, difficult steering and a surge in tires. Proper tire load ensures smooth and safe driving. Check tire pressure regularly.
If the tire is damaged, replace the tire as soon as possible. You should always choose tires made from trusted certified dealers. Once new tires have been installed, you can ensure that the wheels are properly aligned to avoid additional stress on the tires.
No matter how good we take our wheels, there is always a chance in case of an accident or a puncture, which can cause your tire to be flat. In such conditions, you need to know how to replace your wheel and not depend on the mechanic who will help you. Ensure the vehicle is located on a flat, level surface. Using tire cast iron, loosen the lugs of the tire partially, making sure that they do not completely detach from the wheel studs. At this stage, place the jack under the car next to the tire to be replaced, so that, if it comes into full contact with the car body, it is easy to replace the tires. Lift the house slowly; make sure it has a flat contact with the car body. Once the tire is completely completed from the ground, make sure that the socket is securely installed and will not slide back during tire replacement. Loosen the tips completely. Carefully place the spare tire on the wheel studs. Now firmly tighten the tabs on the studs of the wheels. Use tire iron to ensure that they are tightly screwed to the wheel studs. Slowly lower the jack so that the newly aligned wheel is completely balanced on a flat surface. Next, tighten the tabs using bus iron. Inspect the alignment of the newly replaced wheel again. Now your car is ready to drive!
