 Park Pokai Bay Beach -2

Located between the Small Boat Harbor and Kane Illio Point, Pokay Bay Beach Beach is the most protected bay along Wayan’s coastline in leeward Oahu. Even in winter, when other beaches in downwind Oahu are beaten by high tides, Pocaya Bay remains calm. And while other beaches are blurred by seasonal high surfing, the stable sandy beach of Pokai Bay remains unchanged throughout the year. For this there are several features of the beach. One of them is the gentle sand of the beach, and the second is a breakwater left over from the now defunct Small Harbor. The closest reef in the center of the bay also transforms the light waves, ideal for novice surfers. If you like to fish, the area near the breakwater is a great place. Because of its calm waves, Pokay Bay Beach is an ideal place for snorkeling and swimming, even for children all year round.

Pokai Bay Beach Hotel is located at the foot of a 15-acre park. It offers a wonderful shade and space for rest and recreation for families and people. Watch out for boat traffic and occasional canoes in the surrounding areas. The beach park is also located in the sunniest and driest parts of Oahu. Bring plenty of water to avoid dehydration and SPF 15 sunscreen, and a wide-brimmed hat to protect yourself from extreme heat and sun.
