Bodybuilding or creating lean lean muscles is nothing more than an equation that needs to be balanced. Several areas are crucial to becoming the champion you aspire to! The balanced equation takes into account many different things:

1.) Know your muscle and skeletal structure and which exercises are best suited. for your structure.

2.) Understanding your somatic (endo, meso, etco-morph), and then, more specifically, your dominant type of fiber and training corresponding to this type.

3.) Train gradually and consistently enough to increase your size and strength.

4.) Use the most ideal nutritional strategy to promote new tissue growth and maintain the total amount of a living organism to an acceptable minimum.

5.) Supplementing the diet with the right nutrients to eliminate potential deficiencies.

6.) Getting enough rest for recovery.

7.) And finally, balancing your life with sound emotional and external things that make you feel “happy.” Omitting any of these ingredients can make it harder or even ruin your ability to reach your body's athletic potential.

In my ongoing promotional and daily work efforts to guide my athletes and help them become champions, I am constantly looking for new ways to help them become better. Enter Dr. Richard Sollazzo. Regardless of the aforementioned details that describe a successful equation, Dr. Solkatstso pointed me to a very important question! We can all miss the key component of all our efforts. This is one thing that we all strive to build huge kilos of a heavy, strong muscle championship: TESTOSTERONE!

Not to mention that placing a foreign substance in the body tells your body that it has another job. This means that if you stop, BAM! No more muscle and much less testosterone production. Why put foreign testosterone into your system, which can harm you when your body can do it all on its own with much less risk? (All for a trophy of $ 35? 60 dollars, if you win a trophy on a larger base.

Our bodies themselves will produce all these things, if we give the body what it needs to produce these wonderful compounds. Now that we are aging or, depending on what we do with our bodies, our body's ability to produce testosterone, as well as our ability to produce IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factors), DHEA and (drum roll), growth hormone! Our body produces it all on its own. What would be useful? KNOW! To know what the levels of these vital bodybuilding magic bullets are, if we are going to work in an environment that is best suited for new tissue growth.

After 30, the body's ability to produce testosterone and its related compounds begins to decrease. This means that the challenge of your body's ability to create a new, lean tissue is INCREASED.
