The main four causes of infertility in women -2

After a year of regular unprotected sex, pregnancy does not occur, then both partners must be tested to find out if they have any birth problems. 45% of cases of infertility are caused by a female problem or disorder, and there are several reasons that can lead to this.
When you first go to a doctor, a woman should be ready to answer the following preliminary questions before taking any tests: a menstrual history, medications taken, general health and health problems from childhood to now, medical family history and lifestyle habits such as drinking alcohol and caffeine or smoking.

Infertility in women can be caused by several medical or hormonal conditions, but the main and most common are: pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure and uterine fibrosis.

PHARMACEUTICAL INFLAMMATORY DISEASE
Also known as PID, pelvic inflammatory disease is a general term used to describe various infections and bacteria that affect a woman’s reproductive system and the pelvic area. In most cases of infertility, the area affected by these infections is the fallopian tubes, which causes a blockage that precedes the release of an egg from the ovaries in the uterus.

PID can be caused by several inflammatory conditions, but the most common are sexually transmitted diseases, such as chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Depending on the severity of the infection, about 20% of cases of FID lead to infertility.

ENDOMETRIOSIS
This particular condition is caused by endometrial cells that line the uterus and grow outside of it, causing clogging of the ovaries. By causing about 30% of cases of infertility, endometriosis is not an irreversible disease, and with appropriate treatment, a woman’s fertility can be restored.
Laparoscopic surgery has a success rate of 60%, and if it does not work, women can try IVF, which has proven very popular because of its growing success rates.

SYNDROME OF OVARY POLYCYSTOSIS
Also known as PCOS, this syndrome is caused by a high amount of male hormones, especially testosterone, of a woman’s body. This is a condition that affects about 6% of women, and it causes the body to produce low levels of FHS, follicle-stimulating hormone, which is responsible for the maturation of eggs.
With a high level of androgens in the body and very low levels of progesterone, women may exhibit several symptoms, such as: facial hair, obesity, acne, and irregular menstrual periods.

ADVANTAGE OF OVARIAN FAILURE
Most often this is known as early menopause, this condition represents the premature depletion of follicles before 40 years. It affects only 1% of women worldwide, and its most common symptom is an irregular menstrual period for more than a few years in a row.

Premature ovarian failure can be caused by gland deficiencies, genetic disorders, cancer treatments or autoimmune disorders.

Depending on what causes infertility, the appropriate treatment for it can be either medication, or surgical, or assisted reproductive technologies.
