Insight arises when you come to a deer, understanding the hidden nature of things, or you perceive some new aspect of yourself. Some forms of therapy are based on psychotherapy, and the client spends a lot of time trying to ignore the hidden meanings of things or search the past for answers to current problems.

This may not be particularly useful, as new brain and memory studies have demonstrated that memories change over time, and what you remember today may not be an accurate representation of the past. Only the way you are asked a question can change your feedback on the facts. Lawyers, for example, are well aware of this aspect of memory and are careful how they pose the questions asked eye to eye.

Lois Kozolino (Lois Cozolino, 2004) says that in psychotherapy, understanding is a meager prize. This is a winning victory that will come out with a detailed psychological explanation of the problems that remain unchanged. Therefore, we will not delve into the past to answer current problems. Understanding in itself is of little value, followed by concentrated efforts to change the psychological problems in the present.

The kind of understanding that interests you is related to how you now think about the situations in which you find yourself. We also want to know what you feel in these situations and what actions you are taking. This understanding is valuable when you are trying to change an aspect of yourself.

Perhaps one of the best methods is to launch a magazine. Spend time every day talking about your experiences in a magazine. This is especially useful when you experience emotional disorders such as depression or anxiety. The best sign that you need to write down your thoughts is when you feel a strong negative emotion. Remember the experience and try to remember what your specific thoughts were. For example, "she looked at me unkindly ... I am useless in this .. I can not bear this when people do not listen, what should I say" and so on. These particular thoughts are useful for tracking because they will help you with the unforgettable core beliefs you are working on.

A simple statement of your thoughts will lead you to realization. As a result, you will be more aware of similar thoughts that find their way onto the surface of your mind. This will identify the themes that create emotional anxiety in your life. As a result, you will be in a better position to know what to work on.

So in conclusion, Insight itself does not really matter. It should be part of your change process. This is a meaningless task, trying to understand the essence of your life, which is not relevant to solving your current problems. Journaling is a valuable tool that will help you unforgettable areas that you need to work on to solve your current problems.
