I'm pregnant, in bed and in the hips! -2

Hold that chin, pregnant mom! Bed Rest happens to the best of us, and if you experience pain in your hip, there are steps you can take to ease your aches and pains.

Make yourself more comfortable with some of these helpful suggestions that I compiled; they really work!

Support, support, pillows and even extra support!

Unfortunately, this pain in the hip joint that you are experiencing comes with a bed rest area. You cannot lie on your stomach, as it is very uncomfortable and terribly dangerous when you are pregnant, and your doctor will tell you not to sleep on your back, as this reduces blood flow to your uterus, and we know that this is important.

That leaves ... lying on your side, as a very limited option. Unfortunately, the weight of your belly pulls you back and hips, causing the pain you are experiencing.

Laying on pillows of all shapes and sizes, special pillows for pregnant mothers and full-size pillows for the body will help alleviate this discomfort when they are strategically placed. Maintain your body and consult with your doctor about the best methods to support your level of bed rest.

Discuss exercise options with your doctor

Being sedentary for such a long period of time can cause unwanted pain for pregnant moms in bed rest. However, a healthy and safe amount of sedentary exercise can significantly reduce your aches and pains.

Seek advice from your obstetrician to find out what exercise aids you have and make a daily routine for yourself. I suggest you specifically ask about resistance groups and stress balls as they are extremely effective tools to use while you are.

Use the natural soothing that heat provides

Heat therapy is one of my favorite solutions for any kind of pain or hip pain; it is soothing, warming and relaxing. In addition, it can soothe areas that are difficult to soften no matter what position you try, or the pillow you buy.

If you are in bed and have unpleasant terrain, try a warm pillow that will fit your body, ease tense muscles, and even fight the pain associated with Braxton Hicks contractions. If you are worried about too high body temperature, keep in mind that these heat pads will heat only a certain part of your body and should not overheat you. Just take care not to sleep with the gasket.

When necessary ... Look for ant

In cases where you experience an excessive amount of pain in the hip and discomfort that cannot be alleviated in any other way, discuss the option of painkillers with the fans. Do not take any painkillers or medicines, however, without the proper consent of your doctor. While you are pregnant, it is imperative that you keep your intake of medication by certified doctors. This is especially important when you are in bed.

Other pain relief options

Do your research and consider these other hip pain relief options that are becoming increasingly popular among pregnant mothers and doctors.

Look for chiropractic care; Become strategic!

· Stretching in bed; Stretching helps everyone, doesn't it?

· A nice warm bath in Epsom salt. It is known that a bath uses 2-4 pounds; ahhh-rest!

Don't just lie down and stop the pain during pregnancy, mom! It should be fun and interesting for you; You are pregnant! Take matters into your own hands and follow these simple solutions to alleviate hip pain on bed rest.
