I am a woman and my hair is smoothed at the front of the explosions - what should I do? -2

The other day I received an email from someone who said that she didn’t notice much thinning of hair in her blow zone - so much so that you could see her white scalp where her bangs met her head. She asked me what could be the reason for this and what should she do about it. I will tell you what I told her in the next article.

Things that can cause your hair to be thin in front: The first thing I asked her was if she noticed an increase in the amount of hair that she shed or lost. Since bangs are often more sparse to begin with, this can be one of the first places you notice in all thinning or shedding. And telogen effluvium (TE) is a condition that occurs due to changes in your body. In women, ordinary criminals change hormones, stress, pregnancy, birth, escape from birth control pills, thyroid problems, and others. It usually takes a couple of months between stress or a change on your body, until you notice more hair. As I said, bangs - this is one place where you will first begin to thin out, since this area has less hair to begin with. If you have this condition, you will often know this, because you will shed hair all over - not just in front. And you will see more clothes on the floor, on the clothes and in your brush.

Genetic front-smoothing hair: Genetic thinning in men is often evident at the time when we are talking about the front of the head. Women, though, often notice thinning in their hit zone. It is also associated with hormones, but often it is not the absence of hormones or even excess or hormones. It is sensitive to the normal presence of hormones, which increase with age. This does not happen to everyone. Generally speaking, you will have a genetic tendency towards this sensitivity, and the front part of the head (as well as the crown, temples and part of the line) is especially susceptible to this.

What you can do about front grinding: First of all, you need to determine exactly why this is happening. If this is done at the TE mill, then, as a rule, what you have to give is simply time in cases like birth or stress. However, if it is related to a medical or other condition that you can treat and improve, then you must confirm it. This is important because this condition is unlikely to improve if you do not treat it or if you do not treat its correct cause.

If this is a genetic problem that we are talking about, you will have to work on reducing the sensitivity to androgens, which are the cornerstone of this problem. Many people will try to eliminate their presence on the scalp, but it is really impossible. Your scalp will continue to produce them, and as long as there is sensitivity, you will still have a problem. It is better to work with their decrease (if your levels are too high to be healthy), and reduce sensitivity.

In addition, you will want to take a look, and then reduce any inflammation. Often the inflammatory process is present in both TE and androgen loss. For this, there are many natural substances. (Tea tree oil, emu oil, lavender, etc.). Finally, you will want to really focus on stimulating your scalp to reproduce healthy hair in this area. Once androgens are treated, you have to pounce on this window of opportunity to stimulate the follicles, because the longer they do not produce adequate growth, the more difficult it becomes to repeat this process.

At the same time, there are powders that can cover the white color of your scalp, like a topic and a Kuvre. They are helping. And you can try to develop your bangs so that the area where the scalp meets with the blow is not so noticeable. But, it only takes you so far. Sometimes you will need to take the next step and find out what causes it and fix it.
