Wade fishing can be a great way to catch a fish for a very small fee, but there are things you should know if you have never tried it before. If you ask other fishermen about fishing in the mouth, I am sure that you will hear all sorts of stories about why many of them will never try. So before we dive into what can happen, let me get into what you need before you go fishing.
Fishing equipment
There are several pieces of equipment that you need to provide a good and safe, catch-able fishing experience. First, you must have a good fishing pole, from six feet to seven and a half feet, with medium and heavy action. Then you will need a good saltwater reel. Why salt coil? It will get wet ... Well, even more, something will be time under water. What I like to do is pack a coil with good lubricant for the coils. This helps keep the salt water in place and makes the coil last longer. I do not recommend using any high dollar reels for this style of fishing unless you just want to spend money. In addition, when you fish, instead of rinsing it with fresh water, steal a lemon bail from the house and spray it on the rod and coil. Something in this substance causes salt water. Just wipe it off when it dries, and remove it.
Bait against Bait
Do your homework before you go out. In other words, think about what types of fish you are going to and what their natural prey is. Shrimp is always a great bait, or if you have a cast net, any bait you will find / catch in an area where you will fish is certainly part of a natural fish diet in the area.
Do not be afraid to try the bait. Top caps such as Heddon Super Spook work well in apartments. Another good one is Strike King Z TOO, which is a barren bait. Drop the bait until you go to the place where you want to fish.
As for your bait, you do not want to drag a throw net while fishing. Try to get the bait while you are still close to the shore. Use a good bait bucket that will give your bait plenty of water to help keep them alive. Keep in mind that you do not want to overfill the bait bucket, because this may cause your bait to not make you die. Give them a break. Use a good strong fish stringer to tie a bucket for bait; Most of them are long enough for your fish and bait bucket. If you can, try to stay away from aerators. They make noise and you don't want to remove the fish when you approach them. Also get a fish or live grip for your fish; it will make your fish easier and safer for you and for the fish.
Let's talk about wearing waders when you fish. Before you use them, you need to know a few things: first, if you go too deep, they will be filled with water. Secondly, they will try to drag you if you go over your head. It can make a great day very bad, very fast. I'm not saying not to use them, but just be aware of where you are going to step, because there are some deep holes there. I am not sure, but I think that now they offer shoes with flotation in them for safety. If yes, I would highly recommend them. Or another option - just wear a ski belt or other floating device for the waist.
As for me, I am not averse to getting wet, so I wear an old pair of tennis shoes. You should always have something on your feet - there are a lot of things that can harm you, including broken shells, crabs and don't forget the stingrays! Try to get a tattoo when walking on sandbanks so that they hear how you approach and move before you reach them. If you do not know what a taranka is, it pushes your feet to the bottom while walking. On the side of the note, stingrays are not there to hurt you; their barb is their only defense and you would like to protect yourself if someone stepped on you too! Please show them respect and lose your legs when you walk, and you should have no problems with them.
Where to lay the fish
Before you go fishing, you need to know where you are going. It may seem simple, but if you do not do research, it can mean your life. Please do not take it easily, as people are dying every day. Always check the area very well before fishing. During low tide, check the deep holes and shallow areas. Keep track of the best area to go to go to the canal or the hole you want to fish. Remember these areas, because the tide will return, and many experienced fishermen-biases waited too long and were in a bad place. Knowing where water can mean the difference that it can still walk or for a long time is dangerous to swim. I'm growing up fishing around Tampa Bay and around Skyway Bridge. In these places you can find sandbanks at low tide that go on for a mile. They are great places for fishing, but can also be very dangerous. There is not only concern about getting stuck there when the stream returns, but there is a strong current that always seems to go in the opposite direction than what you want. So, again, I can not stress this enough - I know where you go ahead of time. Find out how much time changes. You have a watch to check the time. Let someone know where you are going and what time you should return. A good suggestion is to always have a friend with you. If they can hold their breath, you can ride on their shoulders until they return to the beach! Seriously though, fishing with a friend is more fun and much safer.
clothing
You may think that clothes do not matter when you go fishing, but you are mistaken. First of all, wear clothes that protect you from the sun. Do you know what sunburn you get when you go out on a boat? Well, sloping fishing is like laying out on a raft - you will burn if you have no protection. A hat is a great idea, and polarized sunglasses are a must. Also, try to wear clothes that are in neutral colors, such as tan, light blues and light greens. Remember that if you can see fish, they can see you. White and bright colors will seduce the fish, and your fishing day is coming! However, keep in mind that you do not want to disguise so well that the boat controls you ...
Advanced style
Here is something that you can try, especially if you fall into the trap. Take the inner tube of the truck tire, which fits either inside the cooler or in a large wash tub. You now have a place to keep your catch, study, have lunch, and now you have a workstation if you have a problem with your gear. Security measures can keep you alive if, for some reason, you forget to go back to high tide.
Fishing
Remember that I mentioned earlier about using the bait when you make your way to the place of fishing? If you notice schools in Malle in apartments, there is a high probability that perch may appear in these schools. There is also a high possibility of Snook and Seatrout. Always be on the lookout for a baitfish trap. You might find that the fish you are still in shallow water has not yet moved into the holes and channels. However, you still have to be very calm when approaching, and have a pole that can make very long throws. You would be surprised that you can only hook in inches of water.
Once you reach the hole or channel you want to fish in, you can switch to bait, if that is what you want to do. However, if you decide to fish with bait, you will need to throw in a clockwise direction to cover a lot of space. Move along the edge of the hole or canal so that you can cover a large area in the hope of finding where the fish are. Then try working in this area until the fish moves. You will find that using soft bait works very well - drop them from the bottom or process them in the stream. DOA prawns and love baits are the two I would recommend.
Something to think about
I’m sure you’ve heard fishing stories from the hive - everything from sharks to sea monsters. When you are all alone there, they all seem to be true. Something to think about is that you go to other creatures. at home we are outsiders. Therefore, always watch what you are doing and respect these creatures.
Also keep in mind that you are fishing and, most likely, put this fish on a chain attached to you. These fish will splash a little, and, most likely, bleed a little. I think you know where I'm going. Not once have I had a shark situation. When you wag fish in the water, you ask them to stand up and check your catch. I had times when I lay back a few feet, only to find only the heads of my catch on my string and a large fin circling me. Oh, and believe me - to hit the shark on the nose with your pole is really not very good. So remember the inner tube? This is a really great idea because you can put your catch in the cooler ...
