Work with energy healing and emotional freedom (EFT) for overeating and weight control -2

If you read this article, then it is likely that you or someone you are close to are struggling with overeating, compulsive nutrition, some kind of food addiction or overweight. Such problems are endemic in today's society, where we are surrounded by convenience, packaged foods with low nutrition, and it is usually much easier to eat than healthier options.

Most likely, you have tried many ways to overcome your problems in this area. Maybe other treatments or perhaps just willpower. And, probably, you are disappointed, disappointed and cannot find a way out. Well, you are in the right place if you are really ready to change your relationship with food. Those therapies that I work with and the approach I developed from my personal (constant) journey with food can provide a solid basis for supporting changing changes in this area.

In my opinion, working with different people in the field of food, getting some kind of control over this area of our life can have tremendous “blows” in other areas of our life, especially if this is an issue that we have been struggling with for a while. In my experience, our relationship with food can reflect and reflect other areas of our life. Often, if we do not control food, this can be reflected in our relationship with money. In the same way, complex relationships with food can often reflect poor self-esteem, and this will also often spread in our relationships with other people — both with friends and partners.

It is also my experience with clients and my personal journey, that our relationship with food and the way we eat can be extremely complex and multi-layered. He is often associated with the gift of self and others; My mom was very difficult, not being able to offer me normal sweet and heavy food to show me love (this has changed since I brought it up in the delights of raw desserts)! It may also be related to social norms; One of my clients told me that she regularly eats things that she considers unhealthy when she comes out, just because she does not want to be different from her friends.

For these reasons, I found that a multistage approach is likely to lead to success.

When I work with clients, the first step is to think about the reasons why they overeat (there are wrong foods, etc.), what they can get from overeating, and most importantly, why they want to move forward. It often happens that people say they want to lose weight. And yet they may have tried to do this for a very long time — often most of their lives! And therefore, this is not what prompted them to change. Thus, I work with my clients to find the reason for the shortage for those who want to change. It may be something like the desire to feel brighter and freer, wanting to take control of your life (in all senses - not just for food), or want to feel “at home” in your bodies. Sometimes, of course, the threat of illness can also be a strong motivating factor.

Once this “vision” is committed, the second step is to do some energy work — either energy healing or emotional freedom techniques (EFT). This energy work can help return to the roots of the cause of overeating. This is often an event or series of events in childhood that caused many problems. It can be a scientific behavior model (again, from childhood): get sweet food as a reward or even get sweet food to compensate for something wrong. Returning to these events, using either energy healing or EFT, can release blocked energy associated with these problems, which in turn leads to behavioral changes.

This leads to the next step. I always teach my clients EFT so that they can use them on their own as a self-help tool. EFT is a very simple but powerful technique that can be used when you are in the grip of thrust or intend the next day. Thus, between sessions with me, customers can use EFT when they want to eat the wrong thing; and they can use it at the beginning and at the end of the day to establish an intention to eat healthy or to be in accordance with the vision they identified in step 1.

The last part of the approach that I use is diet itself. Although I am not certified in the field of nutrition, I have read a huge amount about food and various supplements, both in relation to myself and to my own healing path, as well as to my friends and clients (this is what I am really interested in!) - and I also know a lot about food energy because it was part of my energy healing course. Therefore, I usually recommend that customers begin to introduce certain foods into their diet; as they introduce healthier foods and start getting more nutrients into their body, they will also be consumed to eat less unhealthy foods. Virtuous Spiral!

So, this is a brief summary of my four-step approach to dietary changes and eating habits.
