Gurgaon - satellite city of New Delhi -2

Gurgaon is a new neighboring satellite town located near New Delhi, which forms the National Capital Region of India, as well as Delhi and Ghaziabad.

The National Capital Territory of Delhi is also called the National Capital Region and belongs to New Delhi, Delhi-Canton and the small village of Delhi, as well as to 59 census cities and 165 villages. Gurgaon literally means the village of Guru or teacher.

According to mythology, it is said that the village was called Gurgaon, since the inhabitants of the village made a very pleasant landing, from sugarcane.

Gurgaon, had a real estate boom and witnessed a rise in land prices. It was a large agricultural plot supplying the food corps and vegetables to the people of Delhi.

Delhi, being the National Capital Region of India, has received infrastructure development. Therefore, Gurgaon has seen the earth boom and is torn at its seams with the influx of workers lured by its real estate development.

The lack of living space in New Delhi pushed property prices in Gurgaon, and now Gurgaon is the right place to invest your hard-earned money to kill property when markets rise.

Gurgaon benefits greatly from its proximity to New Delhi. Since office rental prices in New Delhi are quite high, there is a significant influx of multinational information technology companies and companies in the Gurgaon area to rent relatively cheaper office space. It has been transformed into high-altitude mushrooms, built by developers who want to earn some of the office rent.

Gurgaon, located near Delhi Airport, also saw how many hotels at Delhi Airport are being built close to international tourists.
