This morning, I'm starting to worry about new ideas for mining and improving my skills, learning how to be better and better — all thanks to the modern convenience of my iPod and one of my favorite mentors. Therefore, I come to the end of a special coaching CD, and instead of part two, an old school evangelical melody jumps to the plate.
Oooookay - I think I'm going to just go with him - I mean, how can you really Excellence without your spirit is also motivated and encouraged to achieve greater heights. When I understand my versatility, the music of the Gospel ends, and the Earth, Wind and Fire jump into the mix.
Well - for real - I start grinding gears when I move from genre to genre, unswervingly trying to divide and feed the right area, the right food.
And then he hit me - sometimes it's normal (and cool, refreshing and insightful) to just go with the flow. Because we are this is amazing - we can really move almost without effort. This is when we try to force ourselves in our own constructive boxes, which may cause cramps. We are created exclusively, and all 3 of our departments must be fed - mind, body and spirit - a lack in any area will be noticeable and will undoubtedly cripple your progress.
I urge you to feed all three ... daily.
And here's the best news — you don't even need permission to do this. You are always in control. Regardless of what they say to you, the power of change and superiority is always internal. You may ask yourself where to start? The big question is the answer.
Just like the trinity, hungry will really scream - you just need to recognize and respond to the language you speak. And be genuine - sometimes your body cries for a banana, and you give it a piece of chocolate. These inner anchors essentially know what is best for them — try not to disappoint them, as you do the feeding.
Feed all three - stretch them, challenge them, feed them, and then press them and grow in one direction. And you will be close to your goals and satisfied with your journey.
The sum of the collective power of these areas, these departments, makes us incredibly unstoppable.
Remember -
You only go around once ...
But if it's a GOOD TIME, that's enough!
Coach Kim
