Time management is not giving you some tools or resources and sending you along the way. Time Management is a Mindset development that is focused on results and remains on the task when work needs to be done. Time management is the timely execution of your work, so you may have more time for your family, friends, or whatever you choose.
Good working habits go hand in hand with success in all areas of your life. There is nothing that will bring you to the attention of your superiors faster than the development of reputation in order to be a good, reliable employee.
How do you work:
- How much do you earn
- How effective are you?
- How much do you respect in your organization
- What real satisfaction do you get from your job
There are two words that summarize the habits of good time management:
- focus
- concentration
Focus on what's important to your most important goal.
Focus requires clarity about the desired results you want and the steps you need to take to achieve these results. To be effective, you need to adapt and work on what is the most important thing you could do at the moment, to achieve your goals.
Focus your energies
Concentration requires the ability to remain at work until it is 100% complete. Concentration means that you stick to tasks, you are not distracted from work, not being distracted or distracted. Only this decision will improve the quality and quantity of what you do every day.
Four keys for better performance
These four keys, once mastered, will increase your productivity, they require you to use them and use them daily and weekly.
Key number one
Set goals and targets and write them down.
Think about what you are trying to accomplish before you begin. "What do you want to do?" Set a daily to-do list that you must complete today in order to work towards your goals. Writing goals down crystallizes them and gives them more strength. After you have determined your first set of plans, continue the process by reviewing and updating the to-do list on a daily basis. Periodically review long-term plans and change them to reflect your changing priorities and experiences.
Key number two
Have a work plan and action plan to achieve them.
Not only is it important to change your language, because it creates proactive thinking in relation to the goal you want to achieve - it is equally important to follow actions. Having identified the following steps, you are determined to succeed. By doing what you say, you will do, you can experience something very real that you can really feel and own. We can easily say that we can do what we have not done before, and act in our head. But as long as we do not act, we cannot say that we can do what we have not yet done. We cannot demand - and we cannot give away - what we do not own or have not experienced.
Key number three
Set priorities.
When you have multiple goals, give each a priority. This will help you avoid the feeling of overflowing too many goals and helps to draw your attention to the most important ones. Discipline yourself to work on the highest priority before doing anything else.
Key number four
Focus without being distracted or distracted by the goal.
Be like-minded, know what you need to achieve, know what you need to do, and do not distract attention or divert attention to the most important thing you can do to achieve the goal. Your success comes from the fact that everything was done.
concentration
Completion of the task - a source of energy, enthusiasm and self-esteem. The downside of this is that you cannot fully accomplish your goals or complete them; this is not only a major source of stress, but also depletes your enthusiasm and self-esteem.
When an important task is completed, you experience a surge of energy and well-being. In addition, when you work on a minor task, even if you complete it in a timely manner, you will not receive any satisfaction or personal reward whatsoever.
Discipline focuses on your work until it is completed, then you will experience self-control, so that you feel that you are responsible for your destiny.
completion
Develop a habit of completion; finish what you start. This is an integral part of building a character.
Visualize yourself as focused and focused on high achievements. See yourself as a high-performing, efficient person. Remember, the person you see is the person you “will be.”
You position yourself for success by focusing your mind on positive images, images that you create, or repeating photographs of previous impressions of performance.
One of the most important habits you can develop is the habit of closing. The human brain is concerned with any completed task. Set specific deadlines for your goals. Discipline yourself to do something at the same time, do it to completion, before starting something else.
Every time you satisfy your brain, you must close it, it releases endorphins into your bloodstream. These endorphins give you a feeling of happiness and well-being. They increase energy and creativity. They improve your personality and make you feel good about yourself. Disciplining yourself to perform important tasks improves your quality of life and improves productivity.
Self Talk - Positive Language
By using positive language, you will improve your ability to focus on your assigned tasks and goals. Any command that you repeat to yourself will ever be accepted by your subconscious, which then motivates and encourages you to match this command.
A small change in words can significantly change the meaning of the message that you give yourself and your subconscious. Instead of using words like wishes and leaps, choose a language that expresses your commitment. For example, I could say: "I hope I get promotion at work." Instead, I could say something greater empowerment that expresses a commitment, for example; “I will do my job beyond expectations to create new career opportunities.” It's about choosing words to express conviction, pro-activity, and courage. If you do this, it changes the energy with which you approach the goal, and provides a greater opportunity to achieve it. Using this type of language means commitment, not confirmation of expectations and wiping.
