Four steps in defining your personal philosophy -2

There are several different types of philosophy, philosophy; spirituality, family, happiness, health, business and more. You probably already have your core beliefs in each field.

To define your personal philosophy in any of these areas, complete the following 4 steps:

STEP 1: Reflection Step

The first step should always be an instant to ponder. Take the time to understand your surroundings. In this case, your environment is you. To help yourself think, ask yourself the following questions:

What are your hobbies?

What directs your actions and decisions, especially impulsive?

Why are your beliefs in every field important to you?

If you had an extra hour a day, what would you like to spend on it?

STEP 2: Research

Now that you have an idea of what your core beliefs are, don’t stop there. Find out what other types of philosophy exist. You can stick to what interests you and get meaning for big ideas.

There is a popular saying: "You do not know what you do not know."

Therefore, I answer

"Go and find out"

How?

Read different types of books in different subjects. This will help you get an idea of big ideas.

Read what people say on social networks. Is there something you read that stands out for you? Anything go home?

Keep a journal and keep notes about things that interest you.

Talk to other people in different circles and get their points of view.

STEP 3: be flexible

Keeping an open mind is important. This is a great way to learn new information.

When my husband and I were married 16 years ago, we met with our priest. He recommended visiting other churches and denominations to see what was there. At first I was surprised that he would propose to other churches, but I really liked that he wanted us to expand our horizons. He did not want us to fear knowledge, but embraced him.

Thus, no matter what you choose as your philosophy, it will be an educated choice.

STEP 4: Do not talk

Your personal philosophy is a continuous process. Your basic beliefs, as a rule, remain quite similar, but can develop in accordance with your experiences.

Be patient and realize that your opinions may change with new information. Allow yourself to flexibly adapt to your current situation and events.
