Yogurt
You can end unbearable vaginal itching by using a yogurt tampon. Yogurt contains live bacteria, lactobacilli, which will fill the vagina, which does not contain lactobacilli.
Dip a tampon in plain yogurt (unsweetened) and then insert it into the vagina. A creative way to apply yogurt in the vagina is to freeze yogurt with the fingers of disposable gloves. Then you insert a frozen yogurt swab into the vagina. This method of yogurt is effective, but be prepared to pollute the sheets.
Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has powerful anti-bacterial properties. You use a tampon blunt with tea tree oil.
